You never have to share anything you don’t want to. This is a safe, pressure-free space. Some people share every week. Others prefer to reflect quietly. Both are welcome.
No. Trauma healing is offered separately.
The Monday Circle is for grounding, clarity, support, connection, and gentle forward movement — not trauma processing. If trauma healing is recommended, you can choose private sessions or a dedicated trauma-healing night.

This circle is a weekly anchor you can rely on, but you attend in a way that suits your life. Whether you join weekly, fortnightly, or whenever you feel called — the space is always here for you.
Absolutely. Everything is guided gently and explained simply. No experience is needed — just a willingness to slow down, breathe, and be present.
Yes. At this stage, the circle is held as a women-only space.
Because of the nature of the personal experiences, trauma, and emotional layers that can arise, it’s important to offer an environment where women feel safe to share, express, and receive support without hesitation.
This allows the Circle to remain a soft, grounded, and secure container for the people who need that level of safety and connection.
No contracts.
The membership is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. This is a supportive space — not a pressured one.
When you cancel, you won’t be charged for any future months. You’re welcome to continue attending the Circle for the remainder of the month you’ve already paid for, but we don’t offer reimbursements for unused weeks.
This keeps everything simple, flexible, and fair — with no pressure and no long-term commitments.

- Bottle of water to stay hydrated. Water also contains information. Very important when connecting within and journaling.
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Anything you feel will support you during meditation or journaling
- We provide mats, pillows, and blankets for meditation
- If anything else is required we will let you know ahead of time.

If certain topics require deeper healing, you’ll be lovingly guided toward the appropriate support, but the Circle is a safe weekly anchor no matter where you’re at.
